SCREW COMPRESSOR SET FOR ASSOCIATED GASES
This package is suitable for medium pressure area, the whole screw compressor set for oil gas adopts complete skid-mounted and air cooling model. The automation level of this set is advanced, and OLC controlled frequency variable system and DCS uploading are adopted. This practically the ral 'local operating, automatic running 'machine.

Technical Features:
Variable inner compression ratio allows for large fluctuations of inlet pressure (-50KPa~0.6MPa(G)), and the outlet pressure remains stable. (maximum outlet pressure can be 3.5MPa(G)), suitable for HC-rich, gases with saturated-water and it is unnecessary to install separator and de-hydrant devices at compressor inltet. The screw profile has been designed to have sediment channels, even if particulates are injected into the process gas, the compressor set operates normally. (Maximum particulate content 300G/M3)

The compressor set adopts labyrinth seal, which separates flammable gas/and air lubricant, and also cooling media (diesel water) and lubricant. Under any circumstances, (even if the compressor is faulted), the seal can guarantee that air will not permeate, and flammable gas will not leak; The frequency-variable technique, which can be operated locally and in automation, with DCS uploading.
The NG series compressor set adopts 2-stage compression, outlet pressure of which can reach 2.5-3.7MPa (G)
